Linda woke up early to help her grandad at the market. The streets were busy, and people hurried from stall to stall buying fresh fruit and vegetables. Linda carefully stacked shiny red apples into neat piles while her grandad called out friendly greetings to customers. Later, a little boy dropped his bag of oranges, and Linda quickly helped pick them up. The boy smiled and thanked her kindly. At the end of the day, Grandad said he was proud of how helpful Linda had been.
