Imperative verbs

Imperative verbs are action words or commands that tell the reader/listener exactly what to do. Also known as 'bossy words'!

Can you use these imperative verbs to make these sentences clear?

draw    fold    cut

...... the paper in half.

...... a shape on each half.

...... the shapes out carefully.

What do you notice about where these verbs are used in each sentence?
