LC: to use a model  to create an effective  balanced discussion using linking phrases, elaboration and the correct structure

We will do our model write today. 

You will write about the pros and cons of school uniform.

Your teacher will write about the advantages and disadvantages of free play at lunchtimes. 

Remember to include:

- an introduction with 2 facts about uniform and a rhetorical question

- a clear FOR paragraph with main points supported by details and examples (elaboration)

- a clear AGAINST paragraph with main points supported by details and examples (elaboration) 

- a conclusion with a general summary 

Check  punctuation. 

Use paragraphs.

LC: to  make comparisons between three geographical regions and understand how and why they differ
