Watch me write this word.

Can we write it with  finger on the table. Can we write it with our finger in the air?

Can you write it quickly on your board? how many times can you write it in one minute?

 Can you remember what a  prefix is? 

 

                           in

in- is a prefix that originates from Latin. It can mean both 'not' and 'in'/'into'. On rare occasions, it can mean 'on'.

 

Let's read the sentences below together and use the context of the sentences check the meaning of the prefix in- 

I gave an incorrect answer to the question.

LC: To edit own writing concentrating on punctuation, sentence structure and checking it makes sense. 

 

Read your Rumaysa stories out loud to your self and check you have the correct punctuation, you have included all the sections from your planning and your writing makes sense. Remember to check you have included expanded noun phrases and fronted adverbials for when which have be punctuated with a comma. 

Let's have a go at a couple together:
